Fan-fucking-tastic. Now in addition to having to watch out for stupid drivers braking for no apparent reason, we have to watch out for stupid crossovers doing the same thing.

This is exactly why I don't think I'll ever own a car with this feature. The technology is way too new for the government to be pushing it

You think that’s stupid? They regularly come in for the radar cruise control not working at all. The reason why? It sets a DTC and SHUTS ITSELF OFF if the lens is too dirty. Literally, the DTC says “lens is dirty”. Good job Acura.

And you have to take it in to get the lens cleaned? Or will it work again if unqualified personnel wipe it off?
